HR Briefings
HR Briefings in June – Cancellation

We have taken the decision to cancel the two HR briefings planned for late June 2016 which were due to cover Teacher Pay and Conditions, as we are still awaiting release of the report from the School Teachers’ Review Body (STRB). This was due to be released by the Government by the end of April but we have been told it will not be released until after the EU referendum, for purdah reasons (the report, however, was with the Government prior to the purdah period starting so we are unsure why it was held up). We hope that a draft revision of the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD) will be available shortly after the EU referendum, although no date for releasing this has been communicated. As soon we have new information, we will plan alternative means for communicating with schools on this topic.
