ICT Services Enhanced Services & Consultancies

ALL Schools - ICT Services SIMS Consultancy and Training including bespoke consultancy for school leaders and senior managers

We can provide a bespoke consultancy service, which can be arranged by an initial call to our Service Desk.

These visits may be for example to: -

  • Help you to self evaluate the use of your SIMS system via a SIMS Health check.
  • Talk to your senior leadership team about the implementation of a new area of your SIMS system.
  • Train staff to recording Attendance electronically in the classroom (Primary).
  • Work with staff on recording lesson/session attendance in the classroom (Secondary only).
  • Implement the recording of achievement and behaviour rewards and sanctions linked to your schools behaviour policy.
  • Work with a group of staff to enhance your assessment, analysis and reporting system.
  • Help support the ongoing creation of your school timetable and curriculum analysis.
  • Analyse the data in your SIMS system.

On-site training

In addition to our published courses, we are able to provide on-site training courses suited to your school’s precise requirements and tailored to meet your exact needs.

The advantages of on-site consultancy are:

  • questions can be asked on a one to one basis
  • shared learning if more than one person in the school attends
  • no travel costs

    ICT Services holds regular user group meetings for practitioners, enabling them to keep up to date with all the latest software enhancements and topics both locally and nationally. We also provide a number of seminars/software updates to provide specific advice on individual products and services.

    ICT Services MIS Consultants are available to attend Heads Clusters/Consortia to help develop your understanding, as a Head teacher, of what value you should expect to get from your Management Information System.
