Herts Assessment Profile

The Herts Primary Assessment Profile has now evolved into an online tool, rather than an Excel spreadsheet as it was in the past.

There are several reasons for this change:

  • eliminates problems that some users had with the previous system, due to different versions of Excel in use
  • eliminates problems arising from users using different operating systems (Windows/Mac)
  • allows you to use the tool without having to enable macros (meaning it can be accessed on tablets)
  • means that data can be updated centrally and schools do not have to re-download

In order to access the Profile, Hertfordshire primary school headteachers will need to register.

(Only Hertfordshire headteachers and employees of Herts for Learning will be approved for access.)

Using the Profile

Once logged in, you can navigate to the different areas by clicking on ‘Profiles’ on the left hand side of the screen.

Any of the data sections can be exported to pdf document, making it easy to share the data with other staff and governors.
