Interpreting and translating

HCC's translation and interpreting service (TIS)  uses the INTRAN partnership framework arrangement for delivering its translation and interpreting needs.

INTRAN

These services are provided by four difference service providers:

  • face to face spoken language interpreting provided by HITS
  • face to face sign language interpreting provided by Clarion
  • telephone interpreting provided by Language Line
  • written translations provided by translate plus
