Online conference

We have already secured three nationally renowned keynote speakers and so invite you to put this date in your diary for next year.

  • David Olusoga OBE, historian, professor, journalist, film maker and broadcaster. Author of ‘Black and British’.
  • Reni Eddo Lodge, journalist podcaster and award-winning author of ‘Why I Am No Longer Talking To White People About Race’
  • Jeffrey Boakye, educator, writer and broadcaster. Author of ‘’Black, Listed’, ‘I heard what you said’, ‘Hold Tight’ and ‘Musical Truth’.

The conference will be recorded and made available for 28 days after the ‘Live’ event to allow you and your team to use the recordings as part of your staff’s CPD.

This event is being funded by Herts for Learning to support our commitment to improving Race Equity across all Hertfordshire schools.

We will be in contact again in the autumn term when we have further details available and the event is live on the CPD Hub for bookings. However, if you have any enquiries about this event at this stage, please contact the Events team at training@hertsforlearning.co.uk
