Sexual harassment and the sharing of inappropriate content via smartphones is increasingly prevalent in UK schools. Dignify’s research involving 7,748 students, as featured on Good Morning Britain, reveals:
- 35% hear sexual jokes or comments in school at least weekly
- 32% are watching pornography, often leading to addiction and harmful sexual behaviours.
One YMCA’s Dignify Project exists to help schools meet this challenge head-on, and champion healthy relationships amongst young people.
