We apologise for the current issues that some users are still experiencing. You may find the information below helpful.

Creating an account

When users try to create a new account, they get a blank screen when they submit their email and password. The account is created but is disabled and no email to verify the account. Please contact us via online chat and we can enable your account. 

Forgotten password

When users submit their email for a password reset it shows an error message saying there is a problem with the request. If you ignore the message and click submit again 2 or 3 times eventually it works (you have to wait for it to work). A message is displayed to say 'successful' and you should receive a verification email with a link to reset your password.

Resetting password

Some users on resetting their password are also getting an error to say 'there was a problem resetting the password', but it appears that despite the error message, the password is resetting correctly. Please try logging in using your new password.

Browsers

If you experience problems using the website please make sure you are using one of the following browsers to ensure you have the best experience - Chrome, Firefox, or the new Microsoft Edge browser based on Chromium.

We advise that you do not use Internet Explorer (IE) or Edge (legacy version) which are older browsers as we cannot guarantee the website will display or function correctly. Microsoft is with drawing support for these older browsers.

We recommend you contact your school IT support for advice. 

Please note that some HCC systems linked from the Grid may require you to use IE. This is outside of our control.
