ECTs 3-day curriculum and subject knowledge package – KS1 and KS2
For ECTs teaching in KS1 and KS2 in 2024/25, the 3-day curriculum and subject knowledge package is now open for booking. Specifically designed to complement the statutory requirements for ECTs (such as registering with an Appropriate Body and accessing the national ECF programme), the package is open to all ECTs and is not restricted to ECTs registered with a particular Appropriate Body or ECF provider.
*Recognising that some ECF programmes do not offer significant subject and curriculum content, this 3-day package will support the transition from ITT to ECT - developing teachers’ subject and curriculum knowledge and covering all core and many foundation subjects.
