HFL Supply Framework update

As you are aware, the HFL Supply Framework is available to support your short-term and emergency staffing needs.

Developed specifically for Hertfordshire schools, settings, and trusts, the framework gives you access to seven pre-approved supply agencies, offering high-quality teaching and support staff at preferential rates.

Each agency has met strict quality and safeguarding standards, ensuring robust recruitment processes, effective management, and value for money. 

New April 2025 rates now available

The supply staff rates for the new financial year have now been finalised and will apply from April 2025. Transparency is a key priority, and you can compare all agency rates in one handy document, available on the HR Services Portal, The Grid, and Teach in Herts. Please log in to access.

In response to your queries, we have made an addition to the rate cards, explaining the terms and conditions around transfer fees, so please review these carefully.
