Holocaust Education Trust – Lessons from Auschwitz online

Last updated on 11 November 2021

The Holocaust Education Trust has recently launched a brand new, interactive and digital leaning experience – Lessons from Auschwitz online for post-16 students.

This will provide students with the opportunity to learn about the Holocaust and consider its relevance for today.

Funding for the project has been provided by the DfE.

Lessons from Auschwitz online brings together a rich hub of learning materials – including historical texts, eye-witness testimony, and archival materials, including music, photographs and film. Places are available free of charge and each school can apply for two, three or four student places.

There are two opportunities for students to access the lessons which take place outside of the school day – the project runs from late November through to early February with 4 online sessions and is repeated again starting in early December.
