Pedal and play! Free British cycling weekly sessions for young riders
Get your students moving, learning, and having fun with Pedal and Play, a FREE 4-week cycling programme brought to you by British Cycling City Academies in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council.
Designed for kids aged 11-14, this exciting initiative helps young riders improve their cycling skills, build confidence, and stay active in a fun, engaging environment. Schools can choose to run Pedal and Play during lunchtime or as a PE replacement session, making it easy to fit into the school schedule. Programme Details:
- 4-week programme (1-hour sessions each week)
- Completely free for schools to join
- Open to students aged 11-14
- Students bring their own bikes to school
