The HFL Supply Framework
As we near the end of the academic year, you may be having to consider gaps in staffing for September.
A quick reminder that should this be the case, the HFL Supply Framework has been developed to help you.
The framework includes 7 pre-approved, high quality supply agency partners providing teaching and support staff at preferential rates.
All partner agencies have had to meet stringent criteria, guaranteeing high quality placements, robust safer recruitment processes, management and quality control as well as value for money, with an emphasis on transparency for the end user.
The agreed fixed, preferential rates for HFL partner schools and settings are clearly displayed on the HR Services Portal, via your employer dashboard on Teach in Herts and on the Hertfordshire GRID.
