Therapeutic Thinking is one of the local authority’s preferred approaches to supporting positive relational management in schools and settings and forms part of the authority’s Emotional wellbeing and behaviour strategy and The Hertfordshire SEND Local Offer
We are delighted that from 1st April 2025, HCC will be working in partnership with HFL Education for the delivery of therapeutic thinking training. This collaboration will further strengthen and improve the county wide relational approach for supporting Hertfordshire schools.
The Lead Contact is now Sarah-Jane Ferguson, Behaviour Adviser, HFL Education who has many years of experience in this area of work.
