Young carer – have your voice heard in Hertfordshire!
Hello from the Participation Team here in Children’s Services at Hertfordshire County Council! We are really excited to be setting up a group for young carers to have your voices heard about what is important to you.
Do you want to have your voice heard?
Do you want professionals that work with families to understand more about what it’s like to be a young carer?
If yes, we’d love to invite you along in May half term to find out more about how we can do this together. Please let us know if you are interested in coming to either of the below sessions, and we can send out more information about booking on and the venues we are holding them at. To register your interest please contact participationteam@hertfordshire.gov.uk
Tuesday 26th May, 11.30am – 1.30pm: Hemel Hempstead.
Wednesday 27th May, 3 – 5pm: Stevenage.
Please also let us know if you would be interested in getting involved in this, but would be unable to attend these meetings. This is so we can keep track for future meetings and look at how we can hear from as many young carers as possible.
We look forward to hearing from you!
