School website support options

Working with schools, academies and other educational settings, we provide new websites or support for existing websites, ensuring they are simple to navigate and administer. New websites are built using WordPress.

We provide a flexible, personalised service, working on site with you, saving time and making our services excellent value for money. ‘Visits’ can also be arranged via MS Teams if necessary.

There is a choice of support packages available, including one‑to‑one training so school and academy staff have the skills to handle ongoing updates quickly and efficiently:

• remote website support (not including Wordpress updates)
• remote/on site website support contract including 2 half day visits and Wordpress updates
• brand new website contract including remote website support and Wordpress updates
• remote website support contract including Wordpress updates

On site support covers:

• training
• housekeeping
• any website changes including colours, layout and structure
• website audit, including statutory requirements
• preparation for Ofsted visits

Remote support covers:

• troubleshooting
• minor changes such as adding a new page or list of documents
• limited refresher training following new website setup or support visit
• notification of updates to statutory information or other requirements
• applying Wordpress updates if relevant
• ensuring backups are up to date
