Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) Schools Anti-Fraud, Bribery and Corruption Model Policy – 2026

This model policy has been developed by the Hertfordshire Shared Anti-Fraud Service (SAFS) to support schools in implementing an effective counter-fraud strategy. While adoption of this policy is not mandatory, HCC recommends that all schools maintain an up-to-date Anti-Fraud, Bribery and Corruption policy.

We encourage you to review your existing policies and, where necessary, adopt this model policy, making any amendments required to reflect your school’s specific circumstances.
