EHCP good standards guidance

The SEND Quality Assurance Team have updated the new EHCP Good Standards Document. This document has been written to support professionals who are involved in writing, amending, auditing or contributing to EHCP's.

The document draws upon good quality practice and has been co-produced with multiple partners and through taking on board the feedback from those of you who have been involved in testing and trialling this. We hope that you find this document useful and would encourage you to use this document as a guide when completing annual review documentation.
