Mathematics KS3-KS4, KS5 useful websites

Last updated on 29 September 2021

There are a huge number of good websites about mathematics, but unfortunately there are also some poor ones.

If you come across a very good site for mathematics, whether it be for teaching or for mathematical interest, please share it with us.

We have found the following sites to be useful:

The Association of Teachers of Mathematics - full of information for teachers in all types of schools.

The Mathematical Association – plentiful supply of resources and ideas

NRICH Maths Project a really rich resource, for extending students, with new activities each month; use the Archive to find activities and solutions from previous months.

Don Steward’s ‘Median’ website, with a variety of ideas on any given KS3/4 topic

The Advanced Maths Support Programme – principally aimed at post-16 Maths, but containing useful resources for KS4.

The National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics has a range of resources to support teachers of mathematics
