HFL Education's HR services

HR Services comprises a seasoned team of HR professionals with a range of experience across diverse backgrounds and different sectors, including education, public sector, not-for-profit and commercial organisations. The HR and Recruitment team are proud of the strength of relationships and strong working partnerships that have been developed over time with many schools and academies.

The team has significant breadth of experience across schools but also from a diverse range of public sector, not-for-profit and commercial sectors. Our HR team provide remote and onsite HR support and guidance.

HR Portals

The HFL Education HR Services' policies, procedures and supporting documents can be found on the HR Services portal or the Academies HR portal which can be accessed via the HFL website for subscribing schools and academies.

The portals provide a wealth of materials including streamlined policies, consulted upon with recognised trade unions which means that schools and academies don’t have to. Schools also have access to toolkits and guidance documents.

To access the portals you need to be logged in to the school account on the HFL website.

Access to the HR services knowledge portals is only available to schools and academies buying a core or full HR service with HFL Education.
