Children’s Services Out of Hours Service (SOOHS)

The CSOOHS Team provides social care in emergency situations outside office hours to:

• support families in acute difficulty
• advise and support colleagues if their line manager is not available
• advise and support carers and Children's Services clients who are not able to contact their social worker.
