Hertfordshire Modern Slavery Partnership

Last updated on 23 July 2020

The Hertfordshire Modern Slavery Partnership has produced documents to help support schools with identification and the process of referral for potential and identified child victims of modern slavery and human trafficking in Hertfordshire. This includes criminal, labour and sexual exploitation, as well as domestic servitude.

The HMSP child victim referral pathway is a document to be used by anyone who comes into contact with a child that is either suspected to be, or is a known victim of exploitation. It provides a breakdown of the essential information including the possible signs of an exploited child, as well as a step-by-step guide on how to report the situation.
