Training

The HFL Education Assessment team provide expert training in all aspects of assessment, both formative and summative. They have worked with nationally renowned assessment experts, including Shirley Clarke, James Nottingham and Dylan Wiliam, to develop excellence in formative assessment, developing growth mindsets and effective learning cultures in schools.

The team offers:

• training courses at Hertfordshire Development Centre and across the county
• school-based training, e.g. staff meetings, INSET days
• a series of moderation clusters for KS1 and KS2.
