Supporting academy schools to communicate clearly in times of crisis. We’ve helped numerous schools across the county with enquiries from not only local and regional, but national and even international press.
Our yearly subscription offers academy schools an unrivalled level of service from highly experienced crisis communications experts with extensive media and social media handling experience. The multi-agency contacts the team have access to put them in the perfect position to guide and advise you in the midst of a sensitive or reputational issue.
The service we provide is tailored to any situation that arises. It could vary from giving some advice over the phone, to monitoring social media posts right through to handling all communication aspects of a crisis.
We also offer guidance on how and when to inform staff, parents, and pupils of a potential issue if it is likely to hit the press or get interest from the school community.
