The HFL Education Wellbeing advisers can support you to:

• develop quality policies and systems that safeguard pupils effectively
• respond to pupil need through teaching that develops the knowledge, understanding and skills to reduce risky, hurtful and bullying behaviour
• review complex bullying and prejudice-based incidents to help find a way forward
• gain the positive engagement of pupils
• gain the positive engagement parents/carers

Our approach aims to improve the impact of the curriculum and ensure that policy and practice are aligned and delivered effectively. As well as incident support, we can also help with specific issues, from ‘troubled classes’ through to sexualised or prejudice-based incidents. Pupil engagement is an essential element.
