Concerto Corporate Property Database (CPD) – update for schools

The Corporate Property Database (CPD) is the central hub for key information used to effectively manage HCC land and buildings.

Schools now have access to a wide range of property‑related data, including:

• Asbestos surveys
• CAD floor plans
• Condition surveys
• Sufficiency surveys

We are pleased to confirm that access to the Concerto Property Database has now been granted to all maintained schools.

Please be aware that Civica (TechForge) is now retired and is no longer available.
