Corporate Property Database

The Corporate Property Database (CPD)  contains information necessary to effectively manage HCC land and buildings.

The CPD shows a variety of information including:

• asbestos surveys
• CAD floor plans
• condition surveys
• sufficiency surveys

Access to new Property Database (Concerto)

In June 2024, we shared news of a change to the way schools access information from Hertfordshire County Council about their buildings and properties, stating that you would be able to access the new system (Concerto) this September.

Unfortunately, there has been a delay in the migration to this new system and you will not be able to be provided with access just yet. We are working to resolve this as soon as we can and will be in touch with everything you will need as soon as this becomes available. We will also share instructions of how to log in, change your password, and how to get started and find what you need on the new database.

Please be advised that you will not be able to access your account with Civica (TechForge), however, if you require information in the interim you can contact us directly so that this can be provided directly to you. If this is required, please email: PI@hertfordshire.gov.uk
