CPSL Service online booking system (LMS)
We are delighted to announce that the Child Protection School Liaison Service have moved to an online event booking system for course bookings, please read all of the information below before making a course booking.
The benefits this will bring to you include:

- Individual delegate control of booking, cancellation and waiting lists
- Delegated manager function to book on behalf of several individual delegates
- Automatic booking, pre/post-course materials, evaluations and certificates

Bookable direct from you district CPSLO:
- Whole School Safeguarding Children (SCT) training
- Designated Safeguarding Lead Supervision 1:1 and groups
- Your district CPSLO details are included in the service handbook
Important information re Delegate Management
Please note that if you book courses on behalf of your educational setting you need to register an account for yourself first and then email CPSLOadmin@hertfordshire.gov.uk and we will set you up as a delegate manager, you will then be able to register staff within your settings and manage their bookings.
If the delegate manager in your setting changes, then the new delegate manager needs to register for an account and then notify CPSLO admin of the staff names for whom the new delegate manager will be responsible for.

Annual Update packs for settings within their 3-year training cycle with the CPSL Service is available by emailing CPSLO admin. If you do not use our SCT training then there is a cost associated, please email CPSLO admin.
